That's what I started at. Well, at least it's my ED start number for "this round." Actual start weight in January 2011 was 195. I'll get into that later.

I now fluctuate between 163 and 166. But that changes week to week. Thank God it's a downward trend.

120 is my magic number. It's what I was 20 years ago. And I miss it. I miss being that while eating whatever I wanted.

16 was the age I first started restricting. Actually back then it was straight out taking in NOTHING, not even water really...just a little between classes at the fountain.

Oh there were other ages too, but for now I'll leave it at that.

The main issue here is control and self-worth - both affected by my depression. Everything in my life is at the mercy of others.

So fuck it, I'm back to doing what I did at other times in my life. Because, really that's how I'm going to achieve perfection and ultimate control.
